During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the hotel's location in a beautiful park, where my dog was happy to run around. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, and the staff were always ready to help us in everything. The breakfast was also exceptional and the hotel staff were polite and helpful.
Nothing to be said.

Staff was very kind and helpful, well over the expectations.
I think the weak point of this hotel is the restaurant. Food was of poor quality, and they did not warn us in advance that we will have to wait around 45 minutes for a rather simple dish.

-hospitality was very nice, especially the young reception lady. she spoke english very well and helped us a lot (gave as fever medicine and ice cubes, and dried our clothing that got wet from the rain). she seemed to be the hotel's key to the non-English-speaking customers, since no other staff could speak English (one staffperson hung up the phone on us when we tried to call about non-working aircon - he said 'i don't understand' and click.. dialtone). -very good countryside location, we could see all the stars at night and hear dogs barking and roosters cackling in the morning. -historical and beautifully decorated wood interior. - we would stay again.
-Air conditioning did not work, even though advertised as included. A fan was offered, but this being a 4 star hotel and our visit being in early August, we were expecting a bit more. The room was quite hot and humid. -The rooms are scattered among five separate buildings. To get to the reception desk, you must walk across a small parking lot to another building. This is okay until you have a question/problem and calling the reception desk does not work because the staff does not speak English, so you change from pajamas to clothing, walk across the parking lot, visit the reception desk in person. -The structure is mostly wood and the walls are thin. We could hear quite clearly our neighbors talking in the adjacent room. -Our neighbors were talking quite loudly from 3 to 4 a.m. two of the three nights we stayed. This problem could not be resolved because the English-speaking staffperson was off-duty and we did not want to wake up, change from our pajamas to clothing, and walk across the parking lot to explain that our neighbors are noisy. -Breakfast is very good, but the dinner we ordered at the restaurant was very salty for us, and seemed like processed/prepared food, rather than fresh food. For example, the cream of broccoli soup was only a creamy green sauce, no chuncks of broccoli whatsoever. From its saltiness, I could not help but think it came from a can. -Notwithstanding the above, all in all, the courtesy of the staff outweighed the above negatives, and we would certainly stay again - with a large fan in tow.

Nice facilities for the hot summer days. Meals were good and reasonably priced.
Some confusion when we arrived about our booking (one room was a triple), although everything was fine. Also some confusion about payment. Booked.net indicated it should be paid in forint, but they weren't prepared for us to pay in cash. Booked.net should get the story straight.

Great Food and Friendly Staff
During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel tucked away in the Hungarian countryside. The cuisine served at the hotel’s restaurant was some of the best I’ve had in a long while, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The staff was equally impressive, with everyone making me feel right at home. the hotel’s location was ideal, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a nearby vineyard.
My stay was not entirely without hiccups. At night, the noise from outside was rather distracting, making it a bit difficult to get a good night’s rest.
